Old Business: 

  1. Review of Board Votes
  1. Stephen Helliwell resigned from the Board Treasure Position.
  2. Stephen Helliwell resigned from the Board of Directors.
  3. Shiloh Croybaker steps down as Board Vice President and again asks to step down from the board as soon as the position is filled. 
  4. Approved a motion to make Babette Bach interim Board Treasurer for 90 days with Nate Miller’s assistance.
  5. Approved a motion to make Nate Miller Board Vice President.
  6. Approved a motion to allow Shiloh to work with Kate Wolf and Hog Farm Hideaway at Black Oak Ranch with stipulations. 
  7. Board reviews and confirms the following Board Officer Positions: Pleasure Strange as President, Nate Miller as Vice President, Christy Augustine as Secretary, Babette Bach as Treasurer.
  8. Approved a motion to restore Shiloh to the Personnel Committee
  9. Approved a motion to hold Mateel Community Center Board of Directors meetings the first (private) and third (public) Tuesdays of each month.  
  10. Approved motion to have the following Board Members as signers for financial matters including our bank: Pleasure Strange, Babette Bach, Nate Miller, John Bruno. A fifth person is yet to be determined.
