Announcements: 3 minutes each

Approve minutes: 3.19.25 PUBLIC BOD Minutes dillon makes motion to approve lonny seconds motion, all in agreement

Office and Staff updates: Busy as usual, booked a baptist for hall on may 11th, working on JGB show, busy with SAMF volunteers and crews, handbills & 8x11are in for rotr, new street team coordinator, shes been trained on easol, some people have been buying in person tickets for steel pulse at all locations. Tabled with innerbloom and it was good networking. Meter was put in to keep track of propane, need to notify tiphain… urinal needs attention before steel pulse, missoula is coming up.

Open mic night -in the works, thinking of michelle miller, Jonni Hipp, & kate carlson

New Business: 5-10 minutes each

Battle of the Bands – pleasure makes a motion that we do not co-produce the event with helps on the way, johnny seconds, add to next public agenda

Mark Shaffner wants to update online meeting equipment, will be added to fundraising and membership committee
