Announcements: 3 minutes each

  1. Approve minutes 9/24/25: 9.24.25 PUBLIC BOD Minutes Dillon makes a motion to approve the minutes Josh seconds, all here in favor, motion passes
  1. Office and Staff updates: Elena has been reducing her hours,  it is currently tuesday through thursday, she comes in as needed on monday and friday. She has sent out a mini news letter to the members. There has been a steady amount of rentals coming in for the fall and winter. Almost all the way caught up on filing stuff from ROTR. The fridges upstairs are fixed, summer is gonna teach Elena how to clean the tap lines. -Damond it is getting ready to set up the donated projector, it should be ready for a football sunday event. There is a venting problem with the hall, elena is gonna have to hire a professional to get on the roof and check. 
  2. Votes: a motion to take 10% our gross profit from our festivals (ROTR & SAMF) to pay off our Debtors motion passes. 

Old Business: 5 minutes each

  1. Don from Sylvandales Beautification of the Hall grounds, PLANT LIST for Mateel.xls  – push this to next public meeting 
  2. Damond and Theresa- MCC sponsorship- – push to the next public meeting. 

New Business: 5-10 minutes each

Public Comments 3 minutes;

  1. Dusty Houghston- He is wondering if we had voted on the PC recommendation, he is curious as to when the vote happened and why when he asked for pleasure to be recused sure wasn’t. The meeting was adjoined before the rant was over.  
  2. Babbette was wondering if food was gonna be served at the member meeting, Elena mentioned it was going to pot luck. She was also wondering what would be served for the upcoming podcast show, it seems to be being taken care of by the podcast creator.  
  3. Eli Fowler, wants to be kept in mind for the Ganjasarus rex MC gig. 
  4. Kat gleeson.  She has been covering ROTR for 20 years. She wants to work together with the mateel, possibly booking artists together. Her contact info is in the private session
