- There is one student volunteer on SAMF stage build
- A student volunteer is helping in the office

- No new events lined up
Personnel :
- Meeting after SAMF to interview for sponsorship position
New Business: 5-10 minutes each
- Jameson proposal of an all ages music series event at the Mateel
- He is asking for a hall fee waiver to get started
- He gave a written plan to the board
- First suggested date 7/10/26, second suggested date 8/7/26
*Dave Sundberg makes a motion to accept Jameson’s proposal and to waive the rental fee for the first event. Mateel to get the kitchen and bar. Alex Chivington seconds the motion. All in favor. Motion passes.
- Ryan Bickle of 7 heart 7 3D Company proposal of Rotr 26 cups to sell at Rotr. A stainless steel cup can snap into it.
- Cost $30 to produce
- 50 cups goal to make for this year
- 40% for all cups sold in the art booth
*Josh Harden proposes that we need a written proposal
- Cups will be reviewed by Alisha, Rotr festival manager
