Announcements: 3 minutes each

Approve minutes: 2.19.25 PUBLIC BOD Minutes Dillon makes a motion to approve, Julia Second, Shannon passes. Josh approves, lonny approves.

Office and Staff updates:Elena is busy as usual in the office, working on the office. Hired Damond for grounds maintenance. Been booking the hall for various events, people who have holds better confirm soon
Committee update, Building- power meteor will be installed, in the rental. One for the propane will also be installed. Membership- we have been getting a steady flow of members, but we need more. Thought on having membership Discounts for members at events, volunteers should be members. Dining will be using up extra food during Movie nights, Financial, we are in the same boat as last month.
Niki oates is in charge of sponsorship for the Hall, SAMF, ROTR. Shannon is challenging the board members to get sponsorships for the Hall and SAMF. Elena says we have a new sponsor.

Old Business: 5 minutes each

We have confirmed a board workshop(strategic planning meeting) for March 23rd. It will start at noon and go till 3. Potluck?

New Business: 5-10 minutes each

Canopies were blown over and damaged. Elena and Christy may have parts to repair it.
Dillon made a Donations sheet for 420, board members can take that to business to get donations.
Babbete suggests using LOCO lowdown to advertise events.

Public Comments 3 minutes;

Inner Bloom wellness representative, Shannon invited them to the meeting, they want to focus on small community gatherings. Justin is excited to work with the community and music in a smaller space, but also collaborate with other partners. Their main focus is on health and wellness, while using events for people to release their vulnerability and find themselves.They are having some community speakers this saturday they are offering us table space and a spot to talk about our mission.
