Announcements: 3 minutes each
- Approve minutes: 12.17.25 PUBLIC BOD Minutes Julia makes a motion to pass minutes, Johnny seconds all here agree, motion passes.
- Office and Staff updates: this is the last year the veterans will be using the Hall. The new vets hall will be open in May. She took a few days off around new years and christmas. Working on Hall sponsors. A lot of things have been happening at the hall, a heater was repaired, the others need to be cleaned, weather stripping the doors.. She cleaned after christmas. Multiple lights in the hall need to be replaced. Elena wants the sound people to come in and do an inventory. Shed needs to be organized to remove the old broken fridge. We had a water leak. Sonic sound detection came and found it, luckily it was outside the building. Not a lot of rentals are happening.

Building; Building meeting about the post that is rotting and needs replacement, the date will be saturday Jan 31st, 11am
Finance – WAF & Jamaica relief show – profit from both events 5000, ROTR tickets have gone on sale though we are at a loss for December due to maintenance and water leaks.
Membership & fundraising -we have had a few returning members, and a few new members. 307 ballots were sent out and 82 were returned.
Youth -There is a community member that is involved with 4-H, they would like to be involved with the youth committee.
Events and Talent – Eyrn has a lot of good leads and plans, he has some signed, those will be released soon. We have a few of our own events that haven’t happened, like soup-a-pooluza.
Policy and Bylaw- we have some NDA, and conduct papers to be signed tonight.

- New Board members Signing NDA and code of conduct- all members have signed the forms given to them.
- SAMF 26- Elena has agreed to take on summer Arts again, they had their first meeting, work on the same plan as last year, with no budget. We are going to have more people this year, moving up from a small event to a medium event. Summer solstice weekend, 20th and 21st of june
- ROTR 26- a lot of good leaps have happened, we hired a new media person and a sponsorship program person. We are looking to hire a few key positions, we are having a great start to ticket sales. We still have a few big hires to happen. We are having trouble getting all the media to create the new media content.

- winners were Pleasure Strange, Theresa Campbell, Dave Sundberg.
- The special vote for board members to be reduced from 9 to 7 passed.
Public Comments 3 minutes;
- Big pappa hundo- He is here to meet us all and introduce himself. He is working with the saving foundation. He is a disciple of Wavey Gravey, he is currently a show that will be auctioned off for the Save a Foundation. He has a lot of civic duty background, he wants to help out with some of his talents he has. You can check him out online.
