  2. Set policy and bylaw meeting with all board – First week in November- Update?
  3. Board and staff training retreat -January -Ask Babette to help facilitate- September PC will be doing staff evaluations-Update?
  4. First aid and CPR training for all board and staff- Pleasure will reach out to Patte Rae and set a date and time-Update?
  5. Need dryer. Posting ad on facebook- Update?

  1. Get fit SoHum Mon-wed 5:30pm to 6:30pm and tues-thurs 6:30am to 7:30am – (times have changed to just mornings but i can’t recall which days.)
  2. Landon McNamara Sept 29th.-
  3. Halloween boogie- any new update?
  4. California Live, they brought Db Butabag) for Oct 28th. They have other dates as well if that date doesn’t work. (elena)
  5. Dates for WAF on the calendar it’s the 16th and 17th of Dec- Ashley would like to change it to the 9th and 10th of Dec.
  6. Comedy show:
  1. SAMF 2024- dates
  2. ROTR 2024 -date and partnership 
  3. Possible kitchen rental- CASO (Cove Area Senior Outreach) looking to prepare frozen meals for Shelter Cove seniors 1 day a week. Babette has been asked to help
