2. Office and Staff updates: Office has slowed since Reggae

Finance Dillon Oppelt – Caryn update- Its been a challenge since Amie left- Navigating all our accounts and becoming familiar with everything- Has everything up to June sorted out and reconciled -Net $302,968 – SAMF net income $57,680 (still waiting on a couple influxes)- Payroll for ROTR is almost done, having it done is the goal for next months meeting- P & L’s are available to view at the office- 

Membership Theresa Campbell 342 memberships- Elena -Theresa will be going to the office to go over LGL and learn the system- A few new members- Mass mailing will be going out soon via LGL – 

Youth Shanon Taliaferro – Plans on going back to the High School for their community hours of service-

Events and Talent Mateel Office{Elena} STEEL PULSE OCTOBER 6th. – Tuesday coming up- Ticket sales are doing good- JWL Memorial fundraiser on October 10th- Last Pod Cast On The Left co-pro on October 24th- Halloween Oct 31 Haunted pirate ship Boogie co-pro with KMUD- November 20th Eryn will be having a Hip-Hop show- Soup-a-Palooza in January_______(we need a date)
