{"id":5014,"date":"2019-07-24T12:39:42","date_gmt":"2019-07-24T19:39:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mateel.org\/?p=5014"},"modified":"2019-07-30T01:44:54","modified_gmt":"2019-07-30T08:44:54","slug":"community-caught-in-the-crosshairs-town-hall","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mateel.org\/?p=5014","title":{"rendered":"COMMUNITY CAUGHT IN THE CROSSHAIRS TOWN HALL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The CIVIL LIBERTIES MONITORING PROJECT &amp; the MATEEL COMMUNITY CENTER PRESENT &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\tCOMMUNITY CAUGHT IN THE CROSSHAIRS TOWN HALL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunday July 28th at the Mateel Community Center in Redway &nbsp;&#8211; 2:00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the Humboldt County Sheriff, Billy Honsal, Building &amp; Planning Director in charge of Code Enforcement, John Ford, and 2nd District Supervisor Estelle Fennell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus of the meeting will be the County\u2019s marijuana enforcement methods and impacts, especially with the recent National Guard involvement and low flying helicopter complaints and related issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be an opportunity for the people to speak with and hear from the Sheriff, the head of Code Enforcement, and Southern Humboldt\u2019s Supervisor representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a free public event.&nbsp; Doors open at 1:30pm.
