Tickets:<\/strong> $10 adults\/ $5 kids\/ Free for MCC members – Available at the door only<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> the 2016 show will be a holiday version of Alice In Wonderland.<\/p>\n

BLUE LAKE, CA: The Dell\u2019Arte Company\u2019s annual holiday show tour returns for its 36th<\/sup> year with an adaptation of Alice in Wonderland, re-imagined for the unique struggles of growing up in Northern California. ALICE IN WONDERLAND will begin it\u2019s run at Dell\u2019Arte in the Carlo Theatre on November 25 & 26 at 7:30 p.m. Dell\u2019Arte is proud to announce that admission is free for most performances, thanks to the generous support of local schools, Wildberries Marketplace, Pierson Building Center, Stephanie Joy of Re\/Max Humboldt Realty, and Coast Central Credit Union. The audience is asked to contribute non-perishable food items, which the cast collects and donates to local food banks in collaboration with local non-profit, Food for People<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A nimble new piece from the Dell\u2019Arte Company featuring original music and athletic acting, this isn\u2019t your everyday Alice! Uprooted by family transition and trying to find her footing in a new town, Alice is having trouble adjusting to NorCal life. Tethered to her phone, attempting to stay connected to her old town, Alice is thrown headlong into a Wonderland adventure like you\u2019ve never seen, filled with familiar faces and surprising twists.<\/p>\n

ALICE IN WONDERLAND is directed by Dell\u2019Arte\u2019s Producing Artistic Director Michael Fields, and includes original music created and performed by this year\u2019s international cast. Featured are: Anne Kj\u00e6r W\u00e6hrens from Denmark, Zafiria Dimitropoulou from Greece, Tushar Mathew from India, Jeesun Choi from Korea, Emilia Bj\u00f6rk from Sweden, Tafadzwa Bob Mutumbi from Zimbabwe, and from the US: Grayson Bradshaw, Taylor Brewerton, Kevin Duvall, Becca Finney, Jenny Lamb, and Lucius Robinson.<\/p>\n

Dell\u2019Arte strives to make family holiday entertainment available to both rural and urban communities that rarely see live professional theatre. Venues range from large, lofty theatres to local elementary school cafeterias. The Dell\u2019Arte Holiday Show reaches approximately 5,000 \u2013 8,000 people each year, including many school-age children.<\/p>\n
