Talked about audit.\nAlready on our second extension. January 15th. Right after New Year\u2019s, we\u2019ll\napply for another extension. We owe $9,000 for the audit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Charity\u2019s opening the bills now instead of Amie\n&#8211; Amie is only in once a week and is prioritizing our debt. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Canceling the finance meeting this Thursday,\nneed to reschedule.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>High Times paid the Arthurs. Are on for 2019\nROTR.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Have not paid the school district: approx. $17K.\nWe\u2019ll take up that next. Not a Mateel bill, but we want to see the school get\npaid. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>HT really needs to hire a local festival\ncoordinator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>We need to hire a Volunteer Coordinator for\nSAMF. We do have a Vendor Coordinator. Need a festival coordinator and a\nsponsor coordinator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Building\/Hall Report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Tents are back in the container that the rotary\nrented during the WAF weekend for the fire event.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Have been updating the marquee regularly.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Fixing potholes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Cleaned the gutter.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Fixed the fireplace and got that working.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bruce has shelf strips and can re-shelf the\nfridges.
