{"id":4384,"date":"2018-08-09T16:23:04","date_gmt":"2018-08-09T23:23:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mateel.org\/?p=4384"},"modified":"2018-09-19T00:10:40","modified_gmt":"2018-09-19T07:10:40","slug":"sept-15th-guillivers-travels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mateel.org\/?p=4384","title":{"rendered":"Sept. 10th: Auditions Missoula Children&#8217;s Theatre Presents: Guilliver&#8217;s Travels, Sept. 15th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Missoula Children&#8217;s Theatre Presents: Guilliver&#8217;s Travels<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Auditions will be held on Monday, September 10th at 4pm at the Mateel Community Center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Approximately 50 roles available for local students grades K-12.\u00a0 Free to participate!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">There will be 2 performances on Saturday, September 15th.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Show #1 Doors @ 4:30pm\u00a0 Curtain @ 5pm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Show #2 Doors @ 7pm\u00a0 Curtain @ 7:30pm<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Tickets at the door only.\u00a0 $15\u00a0 $5 for kids 5-12<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Discounts available if attending both shows.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">An audition will be held for the Missoula Children&#8217;s Theatre production of GULLIVER\u2019S TRAVELS\u00a0 at the Mateel on Monday, September 10th at 4pm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Those auditioning should arrive at 3:45pm and plan to stay for the full two hours. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Approximately 50-60 roles are available for local students. All students, from Kindergarten through 12th grade are encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary. Most students rehearse approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes each day, Monday through Friday. While transporting from world to world, under the control of the Maniacal Scientist of Lapunta,Gulliver discovers fighting aliens, arrogant Horse Leaders of the foolish Yahoos, larger than life royalty (in more ways than one) and robots<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\u2013 all who need just as much help from Gulliver as Gulliver needs from them!
