Winter Arts Faire 2021

We are pleased to present the 44th Annual Winter Arts Faire, and invite you to join us in celebration! Links to the online online digital application are in red below! 

Faire site: Mateel Community Center - 59 Rusk Lane, Redway, California

Faire dates: Saturday, December 11th - Sunday, December 12th 

Faire hours: Sat & Sun  10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Set-Up time: Friday, December 10th - 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Tear-down time: Sunday after the Faire ends at 6 p.m.

Photos of your craft and work space will be required. 

We do not accept any food vendors for this faire. 

This is a juried show: Please send photos that best represent the craft you sell, booth design and workshop. 

All crafts must be handmade by you and all items for sale must be represented in your submitted photos. Absolutely no imports or resale items will be accepted into the show. Many factors are taken into consideration, including originality, quality, location, booth presentation, history and more. The better you represent your work the higher you will score with the jury. Every applicant is juried each year. 

Last day to receive a refund: November 30th, 2021.  In the event that you are not accepted into the Faire we will refund your booth fee. 

Booth sizes need to be considered: The Winter Arts Faire is an indoor show. We offer a variety of booth sizes. The hall is a uniquely shaped space, consequently some spaces require flexibility and creativity in set-up. After the jury, booth placement will be determined by your jury score, when your application was received. 

Booth sizes are 8x8 inline or corner, 4x8 rectangle and 4x8 triangle.

Electricity:  Keep in mind that each vendor is allowed a maximum of 300 watts, no exceptions. Please bring your own extension cords and power strips.

Raffle: Each year we ask vendors to donate an item of their choice. Over the course of the weekend a staff member will come and pick up your donation. The drawing will happen Sunday between 4-5pm. Tickets will be sold at front door, 1- $2 or 3- $5. 

Wristbands: Each vendor receives 2 passes. Pick them up at vendor check in during set-up on Friday.

Festival Location: County Line Ranch, 240 Cooks Valley Road, Piercy, CA 95587

Festival Dates: Saturday, June 19th & Sunday, June 20th 2021

Set up: Friday, June 18th 12pm- 8pm.

Festival Hours: Saturday 10-8pm and Sunday 10-8pm

All items for sale must be hand crafted by the vendor, please do not apply if you sell IMPORTS OR RESALE ITEMS
