Online Summer Arts Application 2020

We encourage you to take your time, put your best food forward. Photos should show you doing your work, your work shop, your craft & booth.

If you need a temporary seller’s permit, you need to call the State Board of Equalization at 707-576-2100 or call your local office.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS AFTER MAY 1st

Payment of the fees does not guarantee your acceptance into the event. In the case that you did not jury into the festival, your booth fee will be refunded.

Jury

The jury happens every year on one day only. Every application is juried against all others in their category. Even if you have been accepted previous years, it does not guarantee your acceptance every year Applicants and jurors change from year to year.

Parking

If you are a food vendor, 1 parking spot is included in booth feeParking is available first come first serve. If you want to park in the venue, then you need to purchase it now (extra $80). Since parking is so limited you can only have one parking space per vendor.

Please record your vehicle’s license plate number, vehicle description on the application. The parking spaces are only suitable for vehicles of a maximum length of 20 feet.

Oversized vehicles may park at Benbow Golf Lot. This restriction includes cars towing trailers.

If your length exceeds the limit then you must decide which vehicle will remain on-site and which will be parked off site in the general parking area. There is no parking on the lakeside section of the fairway during the festival. This is our one way fire lane and regulations require us to keep it clear. Cars left parked there will be towed. Cars without parking permit will also be towed.

Program Guide

We are offering the opportunity to highlight vendors in the "vendor spotlight" section of our SAMF 2020 program guide and social media accounts. It is a small paragraph that tells the readers about you and your business. This is not an advertisement, more like a mini bio. Call or email me if you’re interested or have questions.
If you would like to advertise in the guide or you would like to sponsor the festival, please email Tanya Malley atsponsors@mateel.org.

Food Voucher Program

Since this was a success last couple years we are happy to be doing it again this year. We give some of our volunteers food vouchers and they are good for a specific dollar amount which they can use with participating food vendors. At the end of the event the vendors who participated turn in their vouchers to accounting for a reimbursement. Participation is strongly encouraged.

Biodegradable Service Wares

This year, we would like to continue reducing waste as much as possible. All of your service wares MUST be compostable. Paper plates, cups, red paper boats etc. Thank you for helping us, help our earth!

Please make checks out to, Mateel Community Center and mail your application to: P.O. Box 1910 Redway Ca 95560

We appreciate all the interested vendors. Contact Ashley Wilma at vendorinfo@mateel.org or call 707-923-3368 ext. 32. Any feedback or comments are greatly appreciated. Looking forward to receiving your application!
