Reggae on the River 2024 Vendor Information:

 Application Deadline: Friday, May 17th, 2024

Festival Location: County Line Ranch, 240 Cooks Valley Rd, Piercy, CA 95587.                                     

Festival Dates: Fri. Aug. 2, Sat. Aug. 3 and Sun. Aug. 4th

Set up: Thursday August 1st: 10am-9pm

FOOD VENDORS

In keeping with tradition we will require all food vendors to either be a nonprofit organization or form a partnership with a local Humboldt or Mendocino nonprofit. If you are a commercial food vendor and would like to participate, you will need a letter of support from a local nonprofit organization.

BIODEGRADABLE SERVICE-WARE

In order to lessen our environmental impact all food vendors must use biodegradable/ compostable service wares (Paper plates, boats, cups, bowls, etc)

ELECTRICITY

Electricity will be available for most vendors. Let us know what your electrical needs are.

CAMPING

Only 2 people will be allowed to camp in/behind craft booths all additional camping will be in designated areas. No camping will be permitted behind the food vending area, all food vendors will be camping in the vendor camping area. 

ACCEPTANCE PROCESS

Once you are accepted you will receive an invoice email. A full payment will confirm your space. General festival information including a map and your placement will be emailed closer to the event date.  A waiting list will be started after the deadline has passed. 

PARKING

  • 1 parking pass included for Craft Booths
  •  2 parking passes for Food Booths. 
  •  RV space is designated, limited  and must be purchased separately in advance. 
  •  ATVs will not not be allowed.
  • All vehicles will be parked in the vendor parking area. 

WRISTBANDS

  • 7 for food booths.  
  • 2 for craft

SET UP 

  • Thursday August 1st, 10am-9pm

Non-Profit Partnership Agreement

(This form to be required by any commercial food booth)

We, _____________________________________ (applicants name) have made an agreement with the following Humboldt or Mendocino Non-Profit.

(name and non-profit number)

__________________________________________________________________. We agree to donate 20% of our net profit to this local non-profit from food sales at Reggae on the River 2024, by no later than September 1st, 2024. 

We understand that failure to comply with this agreement will result in exclusion as a vendor from future Reggae on the River and other Mateel events and festivals. Additionally, we understand that if payment to this Non-Profit is not honored by the date listed above, we are responsible for all legal fees and court costs that may be incurred in pursuit of this legally binding agreement.
