Acceptance

Every application is judged against the others in each category. We will review all the vendor applications after the deadline. In case your application is not accepted, we will send you a refund after that date. Payment of the fees or acceptance in the past years does not guarantee your acceptance in 2018.

Parking

If you are a food vendor, 1 parking spot is included in the booth fee. Parking is available first come first serve.

If you want to park in the venue, you need to purchase it now (extra $80). Please record your vehicle’s license plate number and vehicle description on the application. Parking spaces are only suitable for vehicles of a maximum length of 20’.

Oversized vehicles may park at Benbow Golf Lot. This restriction includes cars towing trailers. We are unable to sell two parking spaces to one vendor, so if your length exceeds the limit, then you must decide which vehicle will remain on-site and which will be parked off site in the general parking area.

There is no parking on the lakeside section of the fairway during the festival.  Regulations require us to keep a fire lane clear at all times. Cars parked there will be towed. Cars without parking permit will also be towed. Thanks for your cooperation, it is appreciated.

Program Guide

We have the opportunity to highlight vendors in the “vendor spotlight” section of our SAMF 2018 Program Guide. It is a small paragraph that introduces you and your business. This is not an advertisement, it is more like a mini bio. Call or email me if you’re interested.

If you would like to advertise in the Guide or sponsor the festival,  call Tanya Malley at 707-923-3368 or email her at sponsors@mateel.org.

Biodegradable service-ware

This year, we would like to keep reducing waste as much as possible. All your service wares MUST be compostable : paper plates, cups, red paper boats etc. Thank you for helping us, help our earth!

We appreciate all the interested vendors.

For more information, contact Vendor Coordinator, Anne Sachs, vendorinfo@mateel.org.

Any feedback or comments are greatly appreciated. Looking forward to receiving your application!

Thank you,

Anne Sachs
