The following prices reflect the rates by which the MCC hall and it’s various facilities may be rented. For answers to questions about insurance, alcohol, kitchen facilities, clean up, security, parking, lights, sound, and more see our “Helpful Information” page. Sound Board

BUILDING: Entire Indoor Facility (including kitchen)
Friday or Saturday- $1000
Non Profit Fri/ Sat- $500
Week Day- $800
Non Profit Week Day- $350
Hourly- $50 per hour (includes kitchen)

OUTDOOR SPACES: (no building/ kitchen access)
“Back 40” Outdoor Stage & Amphitheater Area- $500
Lower Parking Lot- $300

Hourly Rentals:
Lower Level (includes kitchen) $50
Upper Level (no kitchen) $40
Kitchen $50

STAGE REMOVAL $300

STAGE/CURTAINS
A variety of stage and curtain options are available. Contact the office for pricing.

HIP HOP SECURITY DEPOSIT $500

SOUND COMPONENTS $100-300 (does not include operator)

LIGHT COMPONENTS $100 (does not include operator)

CLEANING RATES $100-300 (based on event type/ level of impact)
