Is this event Covid Safe?

Covid continues to be a serious risk, especially to unvaccinated individuals. The Mateel will have the recommended COVID-19 protocols in place, please attend at your own risk. 

All Covid requirements are subject to change on short notice to comply with current recommendations. 

Are proof of vaccinations or covid testing required?

Public Health and CDC strongly recommends everyone get vaccinated before attending an event such as this; the Mateel will not be asking attiendies for proof of vaccinations or covid testing. Attend at your own risk.

Are Masks required?

Masks are required for unvaccinated attendees, volunteers, vendors, and staff in accordance with California Public Health Guidelines.

What Items are prohibited?

No Dogs. No Fireworks. No Weapons. No outside Food or Drinks. Clear empty bottles are permitted for onsite water refilling. 

Is there Parking on site?

No. The Mateel will not be hosting any parking on its grounds. Parking will be available in Redway. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Please drink responsibly and DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. 

Will there be shuttle services this year?

No, We will have some pedicab drivers circling Redway on a first-come, first-served basis, for a fee but no shuttle services will be available.

Is there camping?

No. There is no camping. The venue closes at midnight on Saturday and at 11pm on Sunday.

If membership costs $20 and members get $10 off per day, does that mean getting my membership now pays for itself immediately?

You bet it does. Members helped sustain us through covid and we want to thank them for the support. As a Community Center we want everyone in our community to be a full voting member. Sign up here.

Will there be more than one stage?

Yes. We are currently planning two stages, one outdoor during the day and the indoor stage during the evening. See our music lineup HERE (hyperlink). 

Are children free?

Yes. Children under the age of 12 are free. Due to covid-related concerns, we will be unable to host a “drop off” Kids Zone this year.

Can I Volunteer?

We may still have a limited number of volunteer positions or recent cancellations still available. Email volunteers@mateel.org if you are interested.

Can I Vend?

Our vendor space is sold out and we have a waiting list. You may inquire for future events by emailing vendorinfo@mateel.org.

Can I Perform?

Our talent has already been booked. Future perspective artists may submit an EPK to bands@mateel.org.
