With 27 albums to his credit and millions of records sold, rapper E-40 brings his streetwise lyrical storytelling tinged with humor to Humboldt for an all-ages show with Bay Area rapper Kool John and Clyde Carson as the support act.  A limited amount of meet and greet tickets are available online for a rare opportunity to connect in person with the artists.

Releasing numerous collaborations and co-signs, E-40 maintains high production standards in the recording studio and the result finds him performing over some of Hiphop’s most adventurous beats in the live setting.   Hit songs from E-40 like “Rappers Ball” featuring rapper Bo-Rock reached the top 50 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. E-40’s 2006 single “Tell Me When To Go”  featuring Keak the Sneak was produced by multi-platinum selling Lil Jon and was one of the first singles to kick off the Bay Area-based “hyphy” music movement on a global level, the song became a RIAA Gold certified single for sales.

Initially an underground artist as a founding member of rap group The Click, he released his first solo album IN A MAJOR WAY in 1995 and since that time E-40 has steadily maintained mainstream popularity performing extensively throughout the U.S.  Originally from Vallejo, California, in 2016 the rapper released the two part album The D-BOY DIARY: BOOK 1 & THE D-BOY DIARY: BOOK 2.

Clyde Carson is a rapper from Oakland, California. He was originally known as a member of the hip hop group The Team. After the group went on hiatus, he was the one member of the group to breakout as a solo artist. He would end up being signed to rapper The Game‘s Black Wall Street Records and Capitol Records in 2006. While signed there he released the EP Doin’ That. However, he would not be signed to them for long, before deciding to go back to releasing music independently via Moe Doe Entertainment. After returning to just that label, he has released two EPs Bass Rock and Playboy. He is also well known for the song “Slow Down”, which was featured on the video game Grand Theft Auto V. He blends hyphy with street-styled rap
